Shanghai Unitech Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai with a single mission: manufacture commercial-grade PVC flooring that meets the most demanding international standards at competitive wholesale prices.
Over two decades, we have grown from a small extrusion workshop into a full-spectrum manufacturer producing homogeneous vinyl sheets, heterogeneous vinyl, SPC rigid core planks, and a complete range of installation accessories — all under one roof.
Our Factory & Production
Our vertically integrated production facility in Shanghai spans extrusion, calendering, mixing, and quality control under one roof. From raw PVC resin to finished rolls and accessories, every stage is managed in-house — which is how we guarantee colour consistency across flooring, skirting, and welding rods.

EN 13501-1
Fire classification — Class Bfl-s1. Methods: EN ISO 9239-1:2025 and EN ISO 11925-2:2026.
BS 476 Class 1
British Standard for surface spread of flame, widely specified for healthcare and public buildings in the UK and the Middle East. Our sheet ranges are supplied to Class 1 performance; the third-party fire classification on file is EN 13501-1 Class Bfl-s1.
EN 660-2 Group T
Abrasion classification for PVC floorings, where Group T is the most wear-resistant group. Our ranges are produced to Group T performance; wear-layer construction and in-house abrasion data are available on request.
ASTM G21
Mould and fungus resistance — rating 0 (no growth).
RoHS (EU) 2015/863
Covers DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP — the four phthalates restricted by REACH Annex XVII entry 51.
ISO 23999 / ISO 24343-1
Dimensional stability, residual indentation, chemical resistance and volatile emissions.

Product standards for homogeneous and multi-layer vinyl sheet flooring.

Manufacturing Capability
Integrated Production
All four flooring technologies (homogeneous, heterogeneous, SPC, ESD) plus skirting, welding rods, stair nosing, and wall protection are manufactured under one roof. This guarantees colour consistency across the entire flooring system.
Quality Control
Every production batch is tested against EN 660-2, EN ISO 23999 (EN 434), EN ISO 24344, and EN ISO 24343-1 (EN 433) in our in-house laboratory. Third-party testing at SGS, TUV, and Intertek is conducted quarterly to keep our published test reports current.
Production Capacity
5 extrusion lines + 2 calendering lines with combined annual capacity exceeding 480,000 square metres. Standard lead time: 5-7 business days for in-stock products.
R&D & Customisation
Dedicated R&D team for custom colour matching (RAL, Pantone, physical sample), new product development, and formulation optimisation. Average turnaround: 7-10 business days for colour match samples.
