PVC cove formers are used to form a smooth curved transition where floor coverings rise up to the wall. Installed behind the floor covering and used in combination with a PVC capping strip to cover the raw edge, creating a professional, sealed finish.
Provides perfect hygiene and water tightness thanks to the smooth angle it creates under the flooring. The rounded shape makes cleaning and maintenance easy by eliminating hard-to-reach right-angle corners. 5 sizes available to suit different cove radius requirements.

Wall and floor surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Apply primer before installation if needed.
Cut the cove former profile to the desired length. Heat before application if needed to improve flexibility.
Spread acrylic contact adhesive on the back of the cove former using an appropriate brush. Allow to become touch dry.
Position cove former behind the floor covering. Cut corners using a corner box, saw, or dedicated scissors. Finish with capping strip.
Hospitals & clinics. Smooth cove angle eliminates bacteria-trapping corners. Meets infection control requirements.
Food preparation areas where hygiene and easy cleaning are mandatory. Watertight sealed transition.
Moisture-prone environments. Creates waterproof floor-to-wall junction with capping strip combination.
