Yes, provided the existing floor is smooth, clean, dry, and structurally sound. We recommend applying a self-levelling compound (such as GREEN POINT GP996) over uneven substrates before installation. Do not install over cushioned vinyl, carpet, or floating floors.

Yes. With a thermal conductivity of ~0.25 W/mK, homogeneous vinyl transfers heat efficiently. The maximum recommended surface temperature is 27°C. Always follow the heating system manufacturer's commissioning procedure before floor installation.

Daily dry mopping or vacuuming. Damp mopping with pH-neutral cleaner weekly. No waxing or polishing required. The heat-welded seamless surface prevents water penetration. Avoid aggressive solvents, steel wool, and steam cleaners.

In-stock colours ship within 5-7 business days. Custom colour orders require 15-20 business days for production. Container loading is typically completed within 1-2 days after production clearance.

Homogeneous vinyl flooring is a single-layer PVC sheet where colour and pattern run through the full material thickness. Because the wear area is part of the same dense structure rather than a thin printed layer, it handles heavy traffic and repeated cleaning — a common specification for hospitals, schools, offices and cleanrooms. It is produced to EN ISO 10581 for homogeneous vinyl floor coverings.

Our standard MOQ is 500 m² per colour. Colours are counted separately, so a project that uses three colours normally means three minimum quantities. For project specifications, OEM colours or first trial orders, MOQ can be negotiated — tell us your colour split and quantity and we will confirm what is possible in writing.
