Product Overview

Unitech homogeneous vinyl is manufactured with consistent colour and pattern throughout the full thickness of the material. Unlike layered flooring, scratches and wear do not reveal a different colour underneath — the surface appearance remains unchanged for decades. Available in two abrasion grades: Group P (general commercial) and Group T (heavy commercial, EN 649 highest grade).

The heat-welded installation creates a completely sealed surface, making it the preferred choice for operating theatres, cleanrooms, laboratories, and school corridors where hygiene and easy cleaning are critical. The floor can be coved up the wall and welded for a fully watertight, bacteria-proof junction.
