U350 — Vinyl Floor Adhesive

Acrylic dispersion adhesive designed for PVC sheet flooring (homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl rolls) and commercial flooring. Suitable for heavy-traffic areas including hospitals, schools, offices, and retail spaces.

U300 — Flooring & Tread Adhesive

Acrylic dispersion adhesive formulated for vinyl floor tiles, LVT, and glue-down SPC planks. Ideal for glue-down installations of luxury vinyl tile and rigid core flooring in apartments, hotels, and residential projects.

Subfloor Preparation

GP166 & GP266 — Concrete Primer

Water-based acrylic primer (interface agent) for sealing porous concrete subfloors before self-leveling application. Penetrates and seals the substrate, controls dust, and dramatically improves the bond between the subfloor and self-leveling compound. Apply before GP996 self-leveling.

Subfloor Leveling

GP996 — Self-Leveling Compound

Cement-based self-leveling underlayment for smoothing uneven concrete subfloors before PVC flooring installation. Compensates for height differences up to 5mm. Apply GP166/GP266 primer first, then pour GP996 at 2-5mm thickness. Essential for achieving the required flatness tolerances.

Recommended Application Flow

Prime

Apply GP166/GP266 concrete primer to seal the subfloor. Allow 2-4 hours to dry.

Level

Pour GP996 self-leveling compound at 2-5mm thickness. Cure for 24 hours.

Bond

Apply U350/U300/U300D adhesive for your flooring type. Roll and cure.
