SPC Rigid Core Flooring

No separate underlayment is needed. UNITECH NEXUS SPC planks come with a pre-attached 1.5 mm IXPE acoustic underlayment that provides 19 dB impact noise reduction. The planks can be laid directly over most hard, level subfloors.

SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) has a ~60% limestone core making it denser (~2,000 kg/m³) and more dimensionally stable than WPC (Wood Plastic Composite). SPC is better for temperature swings, heavy furniture, and commercial use. WPC is thicker and softer underfoot but less durable.

Yes. SPC flooring is 100% waterproof. The rigid limestone-polymer core does not swell even after 24-hour water immersion. It is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and below-grade basements. Ensure perimeter expansion gaps are sealed with waterproof silicone.

Standard MOQ is 500 sqm for in-stock decors. OEM custom design orders require 1,000 sqm minimum. Mixed-container orders combining multiple decors are available. Contact us for project-specific pricing.

With AC5 heavy commercial rating (EN 13329), UNITECH NEXUS SPC flooring typically lasts 15-20 years in hotel and apartment applications. The 0.5 mm wear layer with UV ceramic bead coating provides excellent scratch and stain resistance.

SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring is a rigid-core vinyl plank made from a dense limestone-PVC composite core with a printed design layer and a clear wear layer bonded on top. Our standard MOQ is 500 m² per colour. Colours are counted separately, so a project that uses three colours normally means three minimum quantities. For project specifications, OEM colours or first trial orders, MOQ can be negotiated — tell us your colour split and quantity and we will confirm what is possible in writing.
