UNITECH NEXUS waterproof SPC is the same rigid stone-plastic core with an enhanced sealed click system and UV-cured wear layer, engineered for rooms where standard flooring fails: kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and commercial wet areas.

Short-term standing water is fine; for continuous submersion zones consult our technical sheet.

Does it need acclimatisation?

Minimal — SPC is dimensionally stable, 24h acclimatisation in the room is recommended.

Is it slippery when wet?

Standard R9; we offer an R10 embossed option for showers.
