5-layer construction: UV-cured PUR surface, 0.30-0.55mm clear PVC wear layer, high-definition printed decor film, fibreglass-reinforced core, and balanced foam backing. Photorealistic wood grains, stone textures, and abstract patterns at a competitive price.

PUR reinforced surface means no waxing or sealing — ever. Just dry mop or damp clean. Ideal for commercial spaces demanding both aesthetics and durability.

What is the difference between homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl flooring?

Homogeneous vinyl has consistent colour and pattern through the full thickness, making wear invisible. Heterogeneous vinyl has a printed decor layer between a clear wear layer and backing, offering photorealistic wood and stone designs at a lower cost. Homogeneous is preferred for heavy-duty healthcare; heterogeneous is ideal for commercial spaces prioritising aesthetics.

Does heterogeneous vinyl flooring require waxing or polishing?

No. UNITECH NEXUS heterogeneous vinyl features a UV-cured PUR reinforced surface that never requires waxing, sealing, or polishing. Routine maintenance is dry mopping or vacuuming, with occasional damp mopping using a pH-neutral cleaner.

Can heterogeneous vinyl be heat-welded?

Yes. Heterogeneous vinyl sheets can be heat-welded using colour-matched PVC welding rods for a seamless, watertight finish (welded seams prevent water penetration). Welding is recommended for healthcare, education, and commercial environments where hygiene is important. Use triangular profile rods at 350-400°C.

How thick is the wear layer and how long does it last?

The wear layer is 0.30-0.55 mm of clear PVC, protected by a UV-cured PUR coating. Expected service life is 10-15 years in normal commercial traffic (EN 660-2 Group T). For heavy commercial applications, select the 0.5 mm wear layer option.

What warranty does heterogeneous vinyl come with?

UNITECH NEXUS heterogeneous vinyl is backed by a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and wear-through under normal commercial use. Installation must follow our approved guidelines. Contact our sales team for full warranty terms.

What is heterogeneous vinyl flooring?

Heterogeneous (multi-layer) vinyl flooring is built from bonded layers: a clear wear layer on top, a printed design layer and a backing layer. The printed layer delivers realistic wood, stone and custom designs, while the top wear layer determines durability. Compact and acoustic (foam-backed) versions are available; the range follows EN ISO 10582.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for PVC flooring?

Our standard MOQ is 500 m² per colour. Colours are counted separately, so a project that uses three colours normally means three minimum quantities. For project specifications, OEM colours or first trial orders, MOQ can be negotiated — tell us your colour split and quantity and we will confirm what is possible in writing. Lead time: for standard flooring orders, production takes about 7–10 days from written confirmation of the specification. Project quantities and special colour matching are confirmed order by order. We quote FOB Shanghai.
