Product Overview

The GREEN POINT stair nosing incorporates an anti-slip insert that achieves R11 (DIN EN 16165), reducing slips on high-traffic stairs. Its anodised aluminium or PVC base provides rigidity and a professional finish.

Available in 2 m pieces or 50 m rolls, in 50/60 mm widths. Fixing is mechanical or adhesive, depending on the substrate. It protects the stair edge and improves accessibility.

FAQ

What does R11 mean?

It is a slip-resistance classification (DIN EN 16165). R11 is suitable for commercial and industrial stairs with moderate slip risk.

Can it be installed on an existing step?

Yes. It is fixed mechanically or with adhesive over the stair edge, without rebuilding the staircase.

What lengths are available?

2 m per piece or 50 m rolls for large projects.

Is R11 compliant with building regulations?

Public-use stairs commonly require a slip-resistance level equivalent to R11 (DIN EN 16165). For public tenders we provide the technical datasheet and fire-reaction certificate on request.
